Thoroughly Modern Productions

Founded in 2011 by Artistic Director, David DaCosta, Thoroughly Modern Productions has quickly become a leader in the storytelling experience. We are inspired by our core values of artistic education, performance innovation, audience engagement, and community involvement. We seek to equip and empower artists and audiences alike.

TMP has been the creative force behind several productions including Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Guys and Dolls, Annie the Musical, The Little Mermaid, Shrek the Musical, Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, and The Wizard of Oz. Our unique youth workshop format provides an opportunity to learn the art of stagecraft including acting, singing, dancing, set designing, and stage managing from our talented team of directors while working alongside our experienced adult ensemble of artists. These workshops, offered twice a year in winter and summer, are bolstered by other productions throughout the year and our new TMP Theatre Academy.
